Noibu’s bug detection platform for e-commerce businesses keeps generating buzz.

Founded in 2017, Noibu started out as a vehicle to offer 3D virtual tours of high-end retailers’ physical stores before focusing two years later on software that detects and helps resolve issues in online stores.

The pivot turned out to be a smart move for the burgeoning business. Noibu — whose customers include retail brands like Avon, Champion and Guess — has nearly 100 employees and expects revenue of more than $8 million in 2022.

The seeded organization is also securing an external funding round, co-founder Filip Slatinac said in a recent interview.

Noibu is far from the only local organization breaking the Globe and Mailwhich are now in their fourth year and rely on companies voluntarily submitting applications with supporting financial documentation.

But the list also included staffing and recruitment company Keynote Search, which ranked 158th with three-year growth of 286%, home care provider Assurance Home Care (#243, 157%) and the food retailer Kettlemans Bagel Co.
